The Louth Living Well Project was established in 2001 as a
partnership between Louth Christian Fellowship, Parent
Action for Play Areas, CARE, REACH and Seagull Recycling.
The aim was to bring together community groups to create a
strong partnership that could together better serve Louth
and surrounding areas. This alliance of community action
groups and faith groups was recognised as a groundbreaking
and significant shift in the traditional approach to
community outreach in Louth. From the initial partnership,
four domains of potential provision were identified:
• Environmental Domain
• Housing Domain
• Family Domain
• Training Domain
